The first day of Passover will take place tomorrow. Passover is a Jewish holiday, which  is celebrated mainly to remind us of the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt 2,448 years after the world was created.

Besides of being the editor of one of the top Israeli travel sites, I also work as a salesperson in a travel gear shop. Today is a day before Passover, and the shop was full of families and solo travellers, getting ready for the big vacation. It will be a week long celebration. We Israelis like to travel while on vacation. The trails will be full of travellers and the camping sites full of families.

Happy holiday for all you Jews out there! And the rest – have a great weekend!
